Baron Track to be in new Tony Hawk Video Game

Activision’s next version of Tony Hawk Pro Skater video game will feature a track by RPRT client Baron. “The End of the Beginning” (featuring Black Mountain) was originally written for the Extremely Sorry score by Flip Skateboards.

The game also features two RPRT pro skaters, David Gonzales and Geoff Rowley.

Rowley Joins L.A. Skate Film Festival

Geoff Rowley has joined the judging panel for the first annual International Skateboard Film Festival. Geoff will be joined by other skate luminaries such as Stacy Peralta, Jamie Thomas and Bryce Kanights.

The festival is set for September, 2010.

Arto Saari signs with RPRT!

2001 Skater of the Year Arto Saari has chosen to join the RPRT skate roster family. Arto is notorious for his big and aggresisve style and has made a name for himself through the Flip Sorry 10-minute part he had in 2001.

Arto is also a talented photographer and was voted by his countrymen as one of the top 100 Greatest Finns of all time.

Mark DellaGrotte at Fan Expo

Mark DellaGrotte will be attending the UFC Fan Expo on May 28-29 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Mark will be available for signings and will be holding a seminar during the day on the 28th.

Louie Lopez has agreed to a new two year contract with shoe sponsor, Globe. The new contract is set to take effect in September and will take Louie into the next stage of his career…aiming to go pro.

10 year old skater/surfer Shane Borland has signed with RPRT. Shane hails from Topanga, CA where he is well known for surfing as well as most adults at Malibu and skating better than 99% of the people at the Venice skatepark.

Rowley and Gonzalez to skate in Street League

David Gonzalez and Geoff Rowley have been chosen as two of the 22 total skaters to take part in the new $1,000,000 prize skate contest series, Street League.

Set to debut in September, Geoff and David will add to an already great roster of skaters including Chris Cole, Sean Malto, Billy Marks and more.

RPRT Skaters in Indie Film “Little Birds”

Independent feature “Little Birds” has chosen RPRTĀ  to wrangle skate talent for their film set to begin shooting 4/25. Skaters from both the Flip and Deathwish camps will be in the film as extras and featured extras.

Erik Ellington will have a small speaking role for the film. Director/writer Elgin James sought out Erik, David Gonzalez, Geoff Rowley and Louie Lopez from the roster.

RPRT clients Geoff Rowley and David Gonzalez have been chose to be characters in the 12th iteration of Tony Hawk’s highly successful video game. Geoff and David will both be in the game representing for Volcom and Flip Skateboards.
