Keegan Palmer, though known for his skate prowess, has been turning heads with his surfing lately as well. Keegan, knee deep in killer sponsors, just added FCS and Gorilla Grip to the list of companies supporting him. Keegan also surfs for Stacey Surfboards, Hurley and Oakley and will be training at the Hurley Performance Center for Surfing this year.

RPRT and Jeb Corliss have entered into an agreement with Venice Beach based drone company Ctrl.Me to help them generate more business in the film, tv and action sports markets.

Ctrl.Me owns and operates a facility that makes custom drones for all camera set ups, retails drones and has a drone workshop in Venice, CA. Their camera operators are trained to film on GoPro, Red, Phantom or any other camera set up used in film and television.

Jeb, with his extensive knowledge of filming and interest in drone filming, will be consulting with the company to bring them jobs within the human flight sector. RPRT will seek opportunities within action sports, film and TV.

Chad Kerley and Ryan Paul will be shooting an interstitial piece for Mattel in July that will air during the Teen Choice Awards. Joined by Kira Kosarin, Chad will co-host the segment which will include a challenge with pro athletes and kids chosen to be part of the spot. In addition to Ryan Paul, football player Richard Sherman and basketball player Steph Curry will also be part of the challenge.

The Teen Choice Awards will air in August on Fox. Chad Kerley will be on hand to walk the red carpet.

Tia Blanco dominated her heats this weekend at Trestles during the Surfing America Prime Championships. Tia swept her first three heats and went into the final against three Hawaiians. Unfortunately Tia did not get the wave count she got in the other heats but still came out with a solid second place win to compliment her season win! Go Tia!

Keegan Palmer’s lid will not be protected exclusively by S-1 Helmet Co.  A long standing supporter of skateboarding, Keegan will be wearing their helmets moving forward.

Keegan joins the likes of Duane Peters, Brad McClain and Tristan Rennie, all member of the S-1 family.

RPRT has inked deals with action content kings, Epic TV. Roberta Mancino will continue another season of “Robertalicious” which will follow her travels and adventures as she jumps, dives and jet sets her way around the world.

Also added to the roster of RPRT produced series include “Keeping Up With Keegan,” which will follow skate wunderkind and RPRT’s newest signing Keegan Palmer as he skates his way to the top, at the ripe age of 11.

Finally, RPRT has partnered with skate legend Jim Greco to bring you “Home Invasion.” The series will have Jim host as he visits skaters in their homes and takes a look inside their lives. Plenty of skate action to be included as well. Expect episodes from names such as Tony Hawk, Louie Lopez, Arto Saari, Colin Provost, Lizard King and more.

Jeb Corliss will be acting as a technical advisor on the Lionsgate redux of the classic Point Break. Jeb will be spending time in Switzerland for the filming of all wingsuit stunts. Due to injury, Jeb will not be flying himself, but will serve to ensure the safety of all and advise Ericson Core, the director, on the action scenes.

Jeb will also be making a couple cameos in the film as himself.

Tia Blanco has had an incredible season and this weekend sealed the 18u women’s season for Surfing America Primes out at Oceanside. Tia has convincingly won the season for both Primes and NSSA Southwest and has shown the surfing world that she is ready to qualify for the tour.

Congrats Tia for an incredible season. You rock!!!

Tia Blanco has inked a deal to collaborate with French accessory designer, Satine Creation, to create a vegan leather piece to benefit PETA2. Tia will work with designer Marie Lapaire to create a piece that embodies the “clean living California surf lifestyle.”

A percentage of sales will go towards the charity of Tia’s choice which is PETA2. PETA2 aims to educate and empower today’s youth into leading a vegan and vegetarian lifestyle.
