Curren Caples has just signed a two year deal with Oakley to be the newest member of their skate team. Curren is stoked to be riding for the iconic eyewear label and will be sure to be rocking his favorite Frogskins everywhere he goes.

One day with RPRT and Nick is already getting offers. Nick has committed to surf for FCS and Gorilla Grip where he will exclusively use their fin systems, grip and traction. Both companies are owned by Surf Hardware and sponsor some of the best surfers in the world.

Congrats to Nick. Can’t wait to see else is to come.

Coming off a banner 2011 rookie year, Chad Kerley is gaining interest from all the top companies. The latest to jump aboard is Bell Helmets. Bell has been sending Chad helmets over the last year and Chad loves the way they fit. It made perfect sense, when Bell offered a contract, to sign on to the team!

Stoked for you Chad and thrilled to continue working with Bell.

RPRT is very stoked to announce the signing on the hottest free surfer around, Nick Rozsa to the surf roster. Nick has been lighting up the internet the last few months with his “Homegrown” series he and filmer Chris Papaleo have been putting out in 5 parts. The first two parts caught the attention of 11-time world champ Kelly Slater who called Nick “the best unsponsored surfer alive.”

Nick has since signed with Reef and will be announcing new sponsors soon. The third part in his edit series will be out very soon and is going to continue to blow minds.

Jeb Corliss had a very frightening accident yesterday while filming for HBO Sports on Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa. We have gotten word that he is lucky to have gotten out of the jump with just two broken legs. Jeb is in good spirits and will be back in action soon.

Gospeed Jeb…get home and heal up ASAP! Jeb’s HBO piece is due out next month.

 

Continuing his assault of rail contests, and a great warm up for X Games Snowboarding Street, Ryan Paul dominated the Nike Chosen event with a top finish and best trick win. The event was held at Mtn. High which is also a sponsor of Ryan’s.

Roberta Mancino has been chosen to the be the face of the 2012 collection of 2A2 footwear from Italy. Roberta was shot for the campaign and appears on their website.
