Two RPRT clients have been featured in the last few weeks on nationally syndicated TV show Latination. Louie Lopez and Zoila Frausto were profiled on the show which highlights successful Latino’s in the worlds of music, art, sports and entertainment.

Shane Borland on Young Icons TV

Shane Borland was recently profiled on nationally syndicated television news magazine show “The Young Icons.” Showing both his skate and surf skills, the piece focused on his being a prodigy from a very young age and his family influence on his success.

Shane also has a full page in this month’s BLISSS Magazine out now and available at surf and skate shops on the California coast.

Josh Hansen Wins A2!

Josh Hansen suffered a bad crash in practice during Anaheim 2 of the AMA Supercross Series leaving him with broken bones in his hand and a hurt back. Still, Josh managed to race an incredible qualifier and finals and came up with a hard fought first in both.

Josh is currently the points leader in the series.

Baron scored Dan Brisse Edit Wins Top Prize

Thursday, February 3rd, 2011’s recent “Real Snow” edit contest featured a video that Volcom produced featuring team rider Dan Brisse with music scored by RPRT client BARON. BARON’s track “Warpaint” is a one minute original instrumental which closely mirrors Dan gnarly boarding style.

The video was chosen as the winner of the top prize of $50,000!

Kyle Loza to Appear on Mark Burnett Show for VH1

Kyle Loza, along with wife Casey Patridge, have just started filming for Mark Burnett’s new production for VH1 entitled “Audrina.” The show centers around “Hills” star Audrina. Kyle is married to Audrina’s sister Casey. The couple will part of the supporting cast of the show set to air on VH1 later in the year.

Curren Caples Signs with Flip Skateboards

Curren Caples has signed a multi year contract with Flip Skateboards and has committed to the brand which has supported him since he was a young boy. Curren is stoked to sign a contract with Flip as an amateur. The deal will undoubtedly take him into his pro career.
