Chad Kerley is the latest signing to the Swatch ProTeam. Chad joins Haro teammate Mathias Dandois and RPRT client Tia Blanco on the elite team. CK will be exclusive to Swatch for watches and will be involved in some really cool collaborations in the near future with the brand.
RPRT has been brought on by Seattle Sounders legend Steve Zakuani, and his producing partner Gravity Payments CEO Dan Price, to produce an LA premiere of their documentary film “Unbreakable.” The film will be shown on June 11th at the iconic TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood and will be followed by a Q+A (hosted by RPRT’s Christian Vera) and VIP party sponsored by TCL USA.
The film documents Steve’s meteoric rise to stardom in the MLS and his game time accident which was called the worst in MLS history. The story is about overcoming adversity and Steve’s personal story and how he dealt with his career being cut short at the young age of 26.

Recently information came out about a company operating out of Switzerland by a gentleman named Oliver Fiechter concerning some of his business dealings with an agency called Jed Root out of NYC. Though we do know Jed and some of his employees, RPRT Communications, Inc. has NOTHING to do with RPRT Group, Jed Root or any associated companies. Threats directed at me, my company or my clients will not be taken lightly and will immediately be reported to the proper authorities.
RPRT Communications, Inc. has owned the RPRT trademark in the USA for almost a decade. To contact RPRT Group you can go to their website HERE.

The very first ever Bowlzilla held on the Gold Coast was held this past weekend. In his first contest back since injuring his leg last summer, Keegan Palmer took the win in the open division. Being that it was held at his local spot, Keegan had an advantage in that he has been practicing lines there since he was small. Turning 13 this weekend as well added to the win to make it that much sweeter.
Congrats and happy birthday Keegan! Stoked to have you back in action.
RPRT’s Matt Meyerson, just a day after announcing his involvement in HobNob Invites, has joined the BuckitDream Advisory Team. BuckitDream is a social app that encourages users to identify, plan and live their dreams by creating an online space that identifies and shares each individuals “bucket list.” Already launched by such notables as Shaun White and Richard Branson, the company will be announcing several high profile partners before summer, including one special RPRT client.
To get more information on the app you can go to http://www.buckitdream.com or download from the AppStore or the Google App Store.
RPRT has expanded its surf roster to include super grom Sebastian “Bash” Mendes to the family. 13 years old hailing from Ventura County, Bash is a north county ripper who has been surfing since he was 6. With a dad who works for the airlines, Sebastian is able to travel a lot more than most 13 year olds to contests and for filming trips. With a house in San Clemente as well, Bash is able to capitalize on Lowers when it is pumping.
Look for a lot more of Bash in the coming years surfing in NSSA, Surfing America Prime and US Surf Team heats.
Louie Lopez was on fire in Copenhagen last week and took home 2nd place in the “Triangle” during the Copenhagen Pro. One of skateboarding’s most unique and fun contests, the boys at The Boardr put on a week of events that culminate in one street contest at the Triangle. Many called this some of the best skating they have ever seen Louie do in a contest.
Stoked for Louie and glad all the boys, including Arto and Nordberg, had a blast.
RPRT youth division skater Jake Meyerson has been tapped by retail giant Target to skate in an up coming commercial to be shot in Long Beach at the end of the month. The campaign will air nationwide on TV and the web and will feature Jake.
RPRT congratulates Jake on his first booking. Last year his brother Mikah booked a spot riding BMX for kids’ television network Nick Kids.
